I am currently pregnant and am starting to wrap up classes as I prepare for the arrival of my little one. Group courses are not currently available.

Group classes run throughout the year and are flexible to suit your availability including weekends and weeknights.
The Hypnobirthing Australia Positive Birth group course is a 12-hour program split over two Sundays.
Private sessions are available to couples who are unable to make scheduled group class dates.
Private sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home or in my location in Mona Vale. The program is 12 hours. Times can be adjusted to fit around your schedule.
If you are unable to attend courses in person - Hypnobirthing Australia™ also offers an online version of the course.

Hypnobirth Breathing Techniques
The Hypnobirth Australia Positive Birth Course teaches three different types of breathing, which are used throughout the different stages of labour.
In this video you can see me using 'Surge' or 'Contraction' breathing during my labour.
I practiced this breathing regularly during my pregnancy after learning it in my Hypnobirth course at 26 weeks.
